Rubenesque 803: 

This barrel is rich with tobacco and leather notes, but is noticeably rounded and softened by the vanilla and cream notes from the Wheated Mashbill. It’s rich and powerful with a confectionary sweetness and balance of the sweet air of a well-maintained humidor.

Blue Corn 358: 

These barrels are elegant and balanced with some of the tobacco and leather notes that are well integrated into traditional bourbon vanilla, chocolate, caramel, toasted pecan, and dark cherry notes. Long finishes. While sister barrels, they are not identical. The oak is heftier and imposes with coffee notes on 357 and 358 has an increased focus on balance and sweetness with a touch more fruit and buoyant texture.
