These barrels are elegant and balanced with some of the tobacco and leather notes that are well integrated into traditional bourbon vanilla, chocolate, caramel, toasted pecan, and dark cherry notes. Long finishes. While sister barrels, they are not identical. The oak is heftier and imposes with coffee notes on Barrel #357.
