River Roots Single Barrel Selected by PA Bourbin: "Grill N Chill"

Nutty, caramel-heavy aromas and a touch of floral lift on the nose.

On the palate, it’s dusty oak and nuttiness first, then rich caramel and a creamy cappuccino vibe, with some hidden fruit and spice underneath.

The finish is medium length, echoing the oak, spice, and caramel with a hint of pleasant tannins for added depth. Label was hand created by Fraser Ross-MacCormack’s kiddo!
