River Roots " Kernel's Cut"

PA BourBIN Members traveled to Ohio to select this rare and delicious barrel on site! The group summarized their experience with this barrel:

Nose: Buttered movie theater popcorn kissed with fresh baked bread and a fleeting touch of vanilla cream. Nostalgic and rich.
Palate: Warm kettle corn, caramel glaze and an earthy mineral undertone that grounds the sweetness. Velvety pie crust emerges mid sip for added depth.
Finish: Lightly singed sugar and old rickhouse air linger in perfect balance, carrying echoes of the nose and palate in a warm, memory evoking close.
