Cherry cola immediately follows and melds with gooey brown butter\/caramel in the mid-palate. The profile continues bouncing between bitter and sweet, with luxardo cherry and baker’s chocolate battling through to the finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eFINISH\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCrazy long finish. Yes, it has lots of spice, but there’s so much flavor backing it up that it never feels overbearingly spicy or proofy. Dark cherry note hangs on forever with that sort of caramel\/brown butter\/molasses sweetness. Insanely powerful, ridiculous barrel.
